Yoga Storytime

Yoga Story Time is a unique class infused with yoga poses and life lessons for kiddos (and their adults) on and off the mat. This active and playful class uses songs, stories and yoga movements to teach children how to self-regulate, move with confidence and be kind to themselves and others.

How the Body Works

A 10-week program for kids curious about the human body and the health sciences!
Each session will involve a hands-on, interactive teaching involving crafts, games, and simulations to learn more about anatomy and physiology!
This program is led by Sarah Linskens, a current medical scribe and graduate of the New York University Nutrition and Dietetics program with a pre-medical focus.
This week (3/25/26), kids will be focusing on the brain and nervous system!
