quilting @

the library

monthly • free*

*small charge for some materials, if needed

Join in for an afternoon of fun transforming fabric into quilts that comfort children in need: children fighting a battle with an illness, as well as children of abuse. All that is needed is your sewing talent, your sewing machine (if you can bring one), quilting gear like rotary cutter, mat, pins, etc., and the desire to help a child in need.  Bring a friend!

Special COVID-19 Format: We are currently meeting via Zoom, and following up with a quilt drop-off at the program coordinator's home. Email wcpl@ccls.org to request the Zoom link.

Hosted by: Carole Koroluck, Quilting Group Leader

trivia nights!

every other friday

free • donations accepted

Don't miss the fun at our next Trivia Night! Test your knowledge in four ever-changing categories. Questions are geared toward adults, teens and older kids. Register to receive a Zoom invitation in your email. Past categories have included Current Events, Philly History, Schitt's Creek, 2020 Commencements, Pandemic Food Trends, Road Trip from Washington State to West Chester, On the Couch with Netflix, and We the People.

Special COVID-19 Format: We're now virtual! Participants will need two devices: one to view the trivia questions via Zoom, and the second to input your answers in the Kahoot! app, which you can download for free. There's no need to register every family member if all are playing on the same two devices, but if a family member is using their own phone or tablet to answer the questions, they should register separately.
