WCPL Services Update 11-23-20
With concern for the health and safety of everyone in the community, WCPL will temporarily reduce access to the library building. Contactless curbside pickup will be available, and PCs and the printer will be available by appointment only. We will start additional services such as Kids Book Bags for families shortly. The WCPL staff and Board of Trustees will evaluate the situation on a weekly basis.

To schedule a pick up time for your holds:
Know Your Library Card and PIN Numbers You will need your library card number and PIN to reserve a time to pick up items. Confirmation of Order Fulfillment You will receive an email or text message, or paper notice via USPS mail, when your items are available for pick-up. You can only make a reservation if you have items that are currently ready for pick-up. Reserve Your Pick Up Time In your email, there will be a link you can click on to go to the curbside reservation platform where you will be able to choose a date and time to pick up your order. You can also make a reservation and manage your reservations online using this link.

How to Pick Up Your Items- Your materials will be checked-out to you prior to pick-up. Your checkout receipt will be attached with your items. When you arrive at the library please call us at 610-696-1721 to let us know you are outside. Once our library staff have placed your items on the table outside the front door you may approach and retrieve your items.
If you cannot keep your pick up appointment please call us to reschedule; we can only hold items not picked up for 24 hours due to space limitations.
