July 7, 2009 - 3 PM to 4 PM: Jay Pisciopo Comic Book Workshop: So you want to draw comics? Learn from a published graphic novel artist the secret of drawing comics.

July 8, 2009 - 2 PM to 4 PM: Ellen Abbott Writing Workshop: So you want to be a writer?Learn from published author Ellen Abbott (author of Watersmeet) how to write and how to get published.

August 7, 2009 - 6 PM to 8 PM: Outdoor Acoustic Jam: Bring your own instrument and jam with other musicians in the courtyard. (No Raindate)

August 21, 2009 - 7 PM to 10 PM: Movie Night: Stop by the library for the title. Pizza and refreshments will be provided.

The TAB - Teen Advisory Board

The Teen Advisory Board is a group of Teens (Grades 6-12) who meet at the library to discuss event ideas, suggest titles for the library, and enjoy hanging out in the library. Any teen in grades 6-12 is welcome to join in! The TAB meets on the second and fourth Monday of every month from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM in the library. Snacks are provided.
